International Letters of Credit

Most foreign suppliers want to be paid bank to bank, through letters of credit. A letter of credit will be posted to purchase your foreign supplied finished goods.  For your protection, payments will be made only when the supplier has complied with the terms of the L/C -- the goods have been shipped on time and passed inspection by an experienced international inspection service.
