FUNDING CAPITAL: P.O. FINANCING
P.O. financing provides direct funding to your supplier to fulfill confirmed purchase orders from your buyer/customer. Though A/R financing provides funding on invoices (completed work), P.O. financing provides the working capital necessary to begin and fulfill new orders on:

  • Finished Goods: The order is completed by your supplier and shipped directly to your buyer/customer. You never take direct possession of the goods.
  • Non-Finished Goods: Your supplier ships raw or semi-finished goods to you to finish making the product. You then ship the finished product to your buyer.

P.O. financing can give you immediate working capital to take on new customers and orders -- even that unexpectedly large business order you thought you could not fulfill.
