FUNDING CAPITAL: A/R FINANCING
A/R financing provides working capital to small and mid-sized businesses based on their receivables. As business owners provide 2/10, Net/30 terms to their customers for early payment, A/R financing provides immediate working capital (usually within 24 hr.) by purchasing receivables at a small discount (e.g., 2%-3%).

Instead of waiting 30, 45, or 60 days, businesses receive immediate payment, freeing up cash flow to meet payroll, pay suppliers, and take on new customers and accept larger orders, knowing they have immediate and reliable access to working capital.

Funding starts from $5,000 (or even lower) to $5 million (or higher). Funding is usually within 24 hr. or less (after initial 5-7 day set-up). Often, there are no minimum time/volume contracts. Flexibility is key.
